How much are shipping costs?

Change to Diapers will ship to anywhere in the world the cost of which will depend on where the item is being shipped and the company used. Shipping costs will vary based on region and where the item is being shipped.

What shipping companies do you use?

Most products are shipped UPS however international packages may be shipped through DHL or other means. Depending on how soon you need your products, UPS offers ground, express and overnight delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your card is charged your shipment date will be the day following the final processing of your order. All in stock items will ship anywhere within the 48 states usually within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Internationally shipped items may take longer to ship as they require additional processing.

Will I be able to track my packages?

Yes. For packages being shipped within the continental U.S. you will be able to track your package by logging on to the UPS website and providing them your order number. The same applies for international packages being shipped through DHL.

Are customers allowed to make changes?

Our products are personalized so you can change your shipping date and selection of package at any time. However, in order to process your changes correctly and on time, we require a 12 day advance notice of the change. To do so just send an email from the Contact Us page letting us know that you would like to change your package selection or shipping date.

What is your policy on returns, exchanges and refunds?

We understand that things change and that from time to time you may have to make adjustments to your orders so here are our policies on Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations:   Returns for refund: We will accept returns and exchanges only if the item is NEW, UNUSED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS AND PAPERWORK. The item must be in the same condition that you received it in. In order to receive a refund, you must email customer service before sending us your return in order to receive a return number. The return number must be included on the return postage label, or it may also be written clearly on a slip of paper included with your return. Once we receive your return in the manner specified above, we will promptly refund the card used to make your purchase. RETURN POSTAGE FEES ARE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER. We also reserve the right to refuse returns on sale items. To receive a return label, contact UPS for the link to print the label.

Are customers allowed to make exchanges?

Each customer’s chosen yearly diaper subscription is based on the size of the diapers and the amount of wipes ordered which are based on each customer’s anticipated needs. However, the costs associated with each product subscription is subject to change based on the diaper sizes and amounts ordered. Just plan your diaper needs well in advance and the rest is easy. However, if you find it necessary to make an exchange, please follow the return guidelines above except that when contacting customer service please specify that you would like an exchange and you will be provided instructions.

What is your policy on order cancellations?

We begin shipping monthly orders as soon as possible and can do so oftentimes within a few hours of receiving them. Once an order ships however it cannot be canceled but may be returned once you receive it. ITEMS REFUSED ON DELIVERY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Yearly subscriptions on the other hand can be canceled at any time. If you would like to cancel your subscription, simply send us an email requesting a subscription cancellation, and we will cancel your subscription no questions asked.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER.

What happens if my item arrives defective?

If your item arrives defective, just send us an email explaining the defect. Any claims for defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receiving the item. If we receive a claim within the 5 day period, we will generally replace the item or provide a refund after having received the item back (at our expense).

How will my card be charged?

If a subscription is chosen, the card on file will be charged the monthly subscription price based on the subscription package chosen. If a gift order is chosen, the card on file will only be charged a one time fee.

What if my card is declined?

If the primary card is declined, you will receive an email stating that there was a problem with your card at which time you can load another card into the system. Once the charge is confirmed, your items will be shipped.
